Spring Dinner Series

We’re so lucky here at the Food Bank of Delaware to have a duo of talented chefs, Executive Chef Noah Mathay and Chef Instructor Tim Hunter. They have a great Spring Dinner Series coming up later this month and in May.

Join Noah and Tim and students from The Culinary School for an evening of fine food and wine. Enjoy an intimate five-course tasting menu, wine and dessert for only $75/person. Proceeds to benefit The Culinary School. Choose from three seatings. Each dinner is limited to 12 guests.

Thursday, April 15
Taste of Italy
Featuring: Panzanella salad, homemade gnocchi, braciole, citrus-roasted fish and more

Thursday, April 29
Taste of Spain
Featuring: Gambras all ajillo, tortilla de patada, grilled chorizo, carne de ropa vieja and more

Thursday, May 20
Taste of the South (Barbeque)
Featuring: Smoked duck breast, pepper-crusted brisket, carolina pulled pork and more

All dinners begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held at our facility in Newark at 14 Garfield Way in the Delaware Industrial Park.
